Concept 3D Modelling
We work with you from your initial idea to the final product. From your new concept sketches and to existing modifications, our design team will work with you to create the most compelling solution.
Finite Element Analysis
We optimise the design using the latest in FEA software to predict how the product reacts to real world forces and to check if it works the way it was designed for. Multiple scenarios are simulated to maximize product efficiency and minimize manufacturing cost.
Final Product
Based of the simulation, the product goes through multiple design iterations before finalising the design. Once complete, we provide the fabrication drawings with the correct material specification and weldment details. Our project management team can also work with our approved vendors to provide the final fabrication.
